Program name: EDL Construction Corp Work Texts, sent from the EDL Field app.
Program description: Work-related text messages for EDL Construction Corp employees and crew members who opt in: which job site you are scheduled at on the next workday; reminders to clock in and to clock out; answers to the material requests and shopping lists you submit in the EDL Field app; a note when a problem is assigned to you or your task list for a job is ready; and, for office staff, alerts about new problems and material requests from the field. These messages are not marketing. EDL Construction Corp does not send promotional texts and does not text customers under this program.
How to opt in: On the EDL Field sign-in screen, tick the optional box "Text me work updates" and verify your mobile number with the one-time code we send. The box is unchecked by default. A crew member may instead sign a written consent with these same terms, which the office records. Opting in is not required to use the app or as a condition of employment.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. On a workday you may receive up to three reminders (clock in, clock out and the next day's job), plus replies to requests you make.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
