EDL Construction Corp ("EDL", "we") is a licensed general contractor at 995 Marsh Rd., STE 102, Redwood City, CA 94063 (CSLB #778430). This policy covers this website, the EDL Field app used by our crew, and the EDL Construction Corp Work Texts program.
Information we collect. From website visitors and clients: the contact and project details you send us through our contact form, by email or by phone. From crew members using EDL Field: name, mobile number, job assignments, time-clock entries, the job site location recorded when you clock in or out, and the material requests, reports and photos you submit.
How we use it. To respond to inquiries and perform our construction work; to schedule crews, run payroll and coordinate job sites; and to send the work text messages a crew member has opted in to. Time and location records are kept as required by California employment law. We do not use website inquiries to send marketing text messages.
Text messaging. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected only through the opt-in described in our SMS Terms & Conditions and are used only to send those work messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or buy mobile numbers or consent data.
Service providers. We use service providers solely to operate our systems, including a text message delivery provider, an email provider and a website and app hosting provider. They process information only on our instructions and only to provide those services, never for their own marketing.
